Abstract
"This chapter blends African oral and written narratives, lived experiences with a genetic chronic disability and a Roman Catholic upbringing. These will be interrogated to illustrate the role of alternative explanations in influencing advocacy and activism for the lives, wellbeing, dignity and inclusion of persons with disabilities. Particularly, this chapter is an exploration of self-identity and how persons with disabilities are conditioned to view ourselves in specific ways while highlighting alternative perceptions available is presented by the author. It engages the works of several African and African-descendent authors who feature persons with disabilities as characters in their books and relies on narrative prosthesis as the basis for this engagement."

Advocating/Promoting Gender and Social Equity for inclusion into developing countries' Evaluation policies and Legal framework is largely critical to their SDGs Success

It seems most developing nations are still coming to terms with Challenges and Lessons Learnt from their MDGs Implementation Years.  The reality now is the adoption of the SDGs, and while reviewing the lessons learnt is a good practice to emulate going forward, there is the dire need to advocate and promote Gender and Social Equity for inclusion into developing countries' Evaluation policies and Legal framework, which is largely critical to their SDGs Success Story.  Promoting Gender and Social Equity via Equal Opportunity Evolution (EOE) Principles at work, in communities and in national constitutional proposals could be the game changer or aid in driving the much needed theory of change in most developing nations where male gender dominance in Parliament is a perceived norm.  Please support and advocate Equal Opportunity Evolution (EOE) Principles in your developing or advanced society.  Thank you for listening and sharing.
