Call for proposals - Looking for researchers - gender mainstreaming in infrastructure projects

The EIB University Research Sponsorship Programme (EIBURS) has opened a call for proposals for researchers associated with universities in the EU, to design and initiate an impact evaluation of gender mainstreaming in a water infrastructure project.

Hello everyone,  The Women's Fund's Collaborative is looking for a Feminist Learning and Evaluation Manager. In addition to it being an awesome role - the Director of the Fund is awesome. Ideally for someone based in the Global South. TOR attached

Oxfam Canada is looking to use outcome harvesting for the midterm review. Along with outcome harvesting, the midterm review may include elements of other methodologies as per requirement such as outcome mapping, most significant change, contribution analysis and process evaluation. The consultant should explicitly specify in the proposal the methodology/methodologies that will be used for the midterm review.
Proposals specifying a methodology other than outcome harvesting are welcomed. The team is open to other creative ideas/methodologies.


Irrespective of the methodology, the midterm review must align as much as possible with Global Affairs Canada’s (GAC) results-based management framework such as Theory of Change, Logic Model and PMF. La División de Evaluación de la Asistencia Internacional del Ministerio de Asuntos Mundiales de Canadá busca uno(a) evaluador (a) o grupo de evaluadores para realizar un estudio a profundidad del proyecto “Voz y Liderazgo de las Mujeres” en Guatemala.  Este estudio forma parte de una evaluación formativa más amplia del programa global “Voz y Liderazgo de las Mujeres de Canadá.” Lanzado en 2017, el programa “Voz y Liderazgo de las Mujeres” es una de las iniciativas emblemáticas de la Política de Asistencia Internacional Feminista de Canadá. Esta iniciativa multinacional apoya a organizaciones de derechos de las mujeres a través de 33 proyectos en 31 países y subregiones para mejorar su capacidad, eficacia y creación de redes en la búsqueda de la igualdad de género y el empoderamiento de las mujeres.  

El Ministerio busca evaluadores locales basados en Guatemala, que tengan experiencia: en la aplicación de enfoques feministas en evaluación e investigación, en el uso de enfoques participativos y en el desarrollo de capacidades en materia de evaluación e investigación feminista.
