Measuring and demonstrating impact

With the rise in results based management, measuring and demonstrating changes caused by your interventions is becoming increasingly important. How do you prove that your projects have an impact? Many find it a challenge to define this. There are now various approaches and methods to collect and analyse impact data. Let us guide you how to select the methods most suitable and cost-effective for your organisation. Quantitative or qualitative, online or offline, classic or modern methods, or a combination.

Course objectives

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of common impact approaches.
    • Select effective strategies for determining causal attribution of your programme impact,
    • Get overviews of available tools and platforms and learn how to select.
    • Gain skills to critically analyse collected impact data and connect it to your initial impact questions.
    • Start at a similar level as the other participants by learning on-line prior to the face-to-face course

Blended course

In this course, we offer you a blended learning trajectory, combining online learning and face-to-face training. The first 3 weeks of the course, participants learn by distance through the online learning platform. Participants are requested to spend 2-3 hours per week in the online course.
