Bagele Chilisa, is a Professor at the University of Botswana where she teaches Research Methods and Evaluation courses to graduate and undergraduate students. She has  more than  20 years’ experience of managing large   multidisciplinary research and evaluation  projects. She is the author of the AFREA concept paper on the Made in Africa Evaluation (MAE). She has organized sessions in International Conferences to advocate for postcolonial Indigenous research and evaluation methodologies and African rooted evaluation approaches. She is a prolific writer of internationally read research methods books which include: Chilisa, B. (2012) Indigenous Research Methods.   Thousand Oaks, SAGE (USA) and Chilisa, B. and Preece, J. (2005).  Research Methods for Adult Educators in Africa. Pearson and UNESCO.  

 

This Webinar can be attended by People in Academia, Evaluation practitioners, Program managers, students amongst others.
