Organizational partnerships for gender equality

Could anyone recommend any resources (ideally academic literature) on good practices for organizational partnerships conducive to gender equality? Any leads (or ideas on other ways to frame this question, entry points, repository of resources, etc.) are welcome! Many thanks.

Hi Rituu,

A client (a UN agency) has asked us to advise on the successful organizational partnership conditions which are conducive to delivering gender equality impact. This is a rather bulky question which we are in the process of breaking down. While we (Universalia) have practical experience and knowledge in this area, we are also looking at academic literature to inform the guidance note we are producing. Do you have any resources to recommend? Or any specific organizations which work specifically in this area?
