This synthesis draws on evidence from 17 humanitarian evaluations across diverse crisis settings. It identifies key feminist evaluation innovations across four domains - design, methods, analysis, and ethics - illustrating how feminist principles can be embedded throughout the evaluation process. It also surfaces broader shifts required at policy, institutional, and practice levels to realise the transformative potential of feminist approaches in humanitarian contexts.
The toolkit translates these insights into applied guidance for evaluators and organisations. It provides step-by-step support across the full evaluation cycle, including planning, design, methods, analysis, ethics, and dissemination. Drawing on global feminist evaluation practice, humanitarian guidance, and gender evaluation standards, it includes adaptable tools, participatory and arts-based methods, guiding questions, and templates for field application.

Our Research Report centres the lived experiences, generational knowledge, and resilience strategies of small and marginal women farmers from the coastal (Bhavnagar) and hilly (Dahod & Panchmahal) regions i.e two contrasting agro-climatic zones of Gujarat. Through their voices, the study reveals exactly how climate change intersects with gender, land rights, labour burdens, and food security.

ACTIVITÉ PRÉPARATOIRE AU FORUM INTERNATIONAL FRANCOPHONE DE L'ÉVALUATION AU MAROC
EvalGender + est l'une des initiatives lancées le 25 Novembre 2015 à Kathmandu (Népal) ayant pour mission de:
- renforcer la demande, l'apport et l'utilisation des évaluations axées sur le genre et l'équité pour aider à l'atteinte les objectifs du développement durable (ODD);
- réaliser l'égalité des sexes et l'équité sociale pour le développement durable
La communauté de pratique EvalGender+Francophone mise en place à cette occasion vise à:
- promouvoir les évaluations prenant en compte les notions d’équité et de genre
- favoriser l'utilisation des résultats des évaluations axées sur l'équité et le genre
- renforcer le réseautage et soutenir le développement de l’expertise francophone sur les thématiques d’équité et de genre.

- échanger sur les opportunités dans le monde francophone
Le second Forum International Francophone de l'Évaluation (FIFE 2) qui se tiendra à Marrakech du 13-16 Décembre 2016 constitue une opportunité pour réfléchir sur les défis et les stratégies nécessaires pour la réalisation de la mission de EvalGender+ dans les pays francophones. À cet effet, vous êtes invité à participer activement aux actions futures dont l'élaboration du plan d'action globale de EvalGender+ francophone.
En prélude au FIFE 2, une formation sur les «Évaluations axées sur l'équité et le genre des ODD » sera faite le 13 Décembre 2016.
D'ores et déjà, nous vous invitons à donner vos points de vue sur les questions suivantes:
1- Quelles sont vos attentes vis-à-vis de EvalGender+Francophone?
2- Quelles sont les activités que vous souhaiteriez voir réalisées par EvalGender+?
